I have been a volunteer guide for a few years at Ritsurin Garden which is a famous garden in Kagawa.
I’m a licensed prefectural guide and a licensed island trip guide. Though I did so in Japanese, I provided tours of the islands of the Seto Inland Sea as a licensed guide during the 2019 Setouchi Triennale
The beauty of Ritsurin Garden has motivated me to serve as a volunteer guide, to share its sparkle with guests.
When I give guests a free guided tour, they smile happily until the end. This positive feedback has encouraged me to become a professional guide. I worked as a licensed official tour guide during the 2019 Setouchi Triennale.
While traveling with my guests through the islands, I have come to love nature and the distinctive culture of the islands in a deeper way. I have accepted guests as a host mother several times.
I’m enthusiastic about meeting new people and learning from them. I love fashion, travel, arts, shopping, kimonos, and of course food! Let me know what you are most interested in, and I will design a tour specific to just satisfy those interests.
